On a daily basis, we come into contact with clients who are facing some kind of issue with their website. The most common problem professionals encounter is that their website or e-shop is slow to load. It often experiences constant or occasional delays, takes a long time to perform specific functions or load certain pages, and as a result discourages potential customers from continuing their browsing.
In other cases, the problem is that the website does not generate the desired traffic. You may even be advertising online, yet you do not see your investment translating into real visits or sales. In different situations, we come across websites with display issues and broken elements or functionalities. Websites without their own original content and without having their appearance and overall presence in search engines (SEO) properly checked—an extremely important factor for all online stores, which is nevertheless often overlooked, even in large projects.
All of the above represent only a portion of the problems we see today on websites that are already live. Therefore, it is very difficult for professionals to identify the issues of their website or e-shop on their own.
